Happy weekend! Remember awhile back when I said I had big news to share with you all? Well, obviously I forgot to share it because here we are over a month later and no news has been told. So sorry about that - I'm kinda forgetful at times. The news was/is... I started a new job! I'm working at the Humane Society -- which if you know me is exactly where I want to be in my career. And I have to say that I am very pleased so far :) Wellllll, except for the fact that I got the crap scratched out of my neck by a cat yesterday :( But it's well worth it, of course, since we are finding "fur-ever" homes for these amazing animals every day... and that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy (and proud of myself, if I can admit that without judgement :P) inside.
